WHEREAS George Okach Orongo (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kamagambo/Kongudi/726, situate in the district of Migori, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been Succession Cause No. E110 of 2021, in the Principal Magistrate's Court at Rongo.
