REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis Chacha Nyakega (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 16.6 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. Bugumbe/Isebania/400, situate in the district of Kuria, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Kehancha in succession cause No. 85 of 2018, has issued a grant of letters of administration to (1) Chacha Peter Mwita and (2) Nyakega Wilson Chacha, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been recetved within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 presented in the office by (1) Chacha Peter Mwita and (2) Nyakega Wilson Chacha, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Francis Chacha Nyakega (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the Ist July, 2022. J.0. OSIOLO, received within that period, I shall issue a land title deed to Okatch Valary Ochieng, having been gazetted as the administrator under MR/3822608 Land Registrar, Kuria District.
