pursuant to Standing Order No. 29 of the Embu County Assembly Standing Orders, there shall be special sittings of the County Assembly of Embu at the County Assembly Temporary Chambers, 4th Floor, Ghanshyam Plaza on Tuesday, 5th July, 2022 at 10.00 a.m. and on Tuesday, 12th July, 2022 at 10.30 a.m The business to be transacted at the special sittings shall be tabling and consideration of: fa) Public Accounts and Investments Committee Reports on the Office of the Auditor-General's Reports on the Financial Statements as follows— (i) Embu County Assembly for the year ended 30th June, (11) Embu County Assembly for the year ended 30th June, (itt) Embu County Assembly for the year ended 30th June, (iv) Embu County Assembly for the year ended 30th June, (v) Embu County Assembly for the year ended 30th June, (vi) Embu County Assembly for the year ended 30th June, (vii) Embu County Assembly for the year ended 30th June, (vill) Embu County Executive for the year ended 30th June, (ix) Embu County Youth Trust Fund for the year ended 30th June, 2018 (x) Embu County Assembly Car Loan and Mortgage (Members) Scheme Fund for 18 months period ended 30th June, 2019 (b) The report of the Liaison Committee on the Embu County Budget Estimates 2022/2023 (c) Approval consideration of the Embu County Appropnation Bill, 2022 In accordance with standing order 29 (4) of the Embu County Assembly Standing Orders, the business specified in this notice shall be the only business before the Assembly during the special sitting.
