pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following an authority and order under Miscellaneous Application No. 232 of 2022, by Chief Magistrate’s Court at Mombasa Law Courts, to the owners of overstayed/unclarmed/accident involved motor vehicles/motorcycles (salvages) which are lying idle and unclaimed within Central Police Station, to collect the = said overstayed/unclaimed/accident involved motor vehicles/motorcycles (salvages) at the sad police stations within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of this notice. Failure to which Aztec Auctioneers, Nairobi shall proceed to dispose of the said overstayed/unclaimed/accident involved motor vehicles/motorcycles (salvages) by way of public auction on behalf of Central Police Station if they remain uncollected/unclaimed: KTWB 286D, KTWB 936L, KTWB 679B, KTWB 859A, KTWB 773D, KTWA 177E, KTWB 045B, KMDG 659W, Numberless Boxer, KTWA 769U, KMDP 434D, KMDZ 775F, KMDF 021L, KMEH 072B, KMFK 079K, KTWA 212V, KMEA 848N, KMEA 498L, KBS 402L, Assorted Electronics.
