NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, by Chris Muasya Ngala, of P.O. Box 47398-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, to the owners of five (5) containers (2 pces—40Ft and 3pcs— 20ft), to collect and take delivery of the said containers which are lying at our storage yard Plot No. 13868/50, known as Githurai Complex Yard, along Githurai-Kimbo Road, Nairobi, upon the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all storage, handling, advertisement, auctioneers charges, plus any other cost incurred. Failure to which we shall dispose the aforesaid containers by public auction without any further reference to the owner, any proceeds shall be defrayed against all outstanding handling, storage and any other accrued charges.
