ACT

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Hassan Ado, the owner of three (3) empty containers to take delivery of the said containers which are lying at Plot No. 1504/7, Mlolongo, along Mombasa Road, upon the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all storage charges and related costs, failure to which we shall dispose the aforesaid containers by public auction or private treaty, and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against accrued charges and the balance, if any, shall remain at the owner’s credit.
