ACT

PURSUANT to section 6 of the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice 1s given to the owner of the unregistered motor vehicle black, Toyota Lexus, Station Wagon, Chassis No. JTJHF31U702002365 and Engine No. IMZ-1773069, which has been lying uncollected at Holimare Motors and Allied Services, along Rabai Road, near Kobil Petrol Station, Viwandani, Nairobi, further notice is given that unless the said motor vehicle is collected within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all outstanding amount and incidental costs incurred to Holimarc Motors and Allied Services as at the date the delivery is taken, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold either by public auction or private treaty without any further reference to the owner, and the proceeds shall be defrayed against storage charges and any other accrued charges.
