Box 84659-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, a resident of Apartment 652, the Iveagh Trust, New Bride Street, Dublin, Ireland, formerly known as Junaid Mohamed Abdi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Junaid Mohamed Abdi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Junaid Khalid Hamid El-Busaidy, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Junaid Khalid Hamid El-Busaidy only.
