Box 84659-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, a resident of Apartment 652, the Iveagh Trust, New Bride Street, Dublin, Ireland, on behalf of Manaar Khalid Hamid El-Busaidy (minor), formerly known as Manaar Mohamed Abdi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Manaar Mohamed Abdi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Manaar Khalid Hamid El-Busaidy, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Manaar Khalid Hamid El-Busaidy only.
