NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th May, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1512, in Volume D1, Folio 205/2042, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Mbugua wa Kihara, of P.O. Box 194-00618, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Anthony Mbugua Kihara, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Anthony Mbugua Kihara, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mbugua wa Kihara, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mbugua wa Kihara only.
