NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th April, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 219, in Volume B-13, Folio 2197/18477, File No. 1637, by our client, Shali Venessah Ndighila, of P.O. Box 1279- 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Venessah Prisca Ndighila, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Venessah Prisca Ndighila, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shali Venessah Ndighila, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Shali Venessah Ndighila only.
