TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2022 By (1) Constance Mukhambe Ndoro alias Naima Mukhambe Ndoro and (2) Henry Mughomba Ndoro, both of P.O. Box 84597-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Stephen Ndoro, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd November, 2016. CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2022 By Agnes Kamutu Philip, of P.O. Box 85, Kwale in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Mwasya alias Mwasya Mbithi Mulwa, who died on 5th November, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
