CAUSE NO, 358 OF 2022 By (1) Caroline Muringo Njogu and (2) George Fredrick Maina Njogu, the deceased's children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kabochu Njogu, late of Gacharu, who died there on 18th May, 2008. CAUSE NO. E374 OF 2022 By Helen Nduku Kinyua, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kinyua Karani, late of Mutitu, who died at District Hospital, Kerugoya in Kenya, on 14th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
