TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 83 OF 2022 By James Wagura Kibui. of P.O. Box 2029-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intastate to the estate of Kibui Githinji, late of Leshau Location, who died.at Karagoini Sub-location, on 10th April, 1999. CAUSE NO, 302 OF 2022 ‘By Apolo Kiritu Macharia, of P.O. Box 200. Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wairimu Mwangi Babu, who died at Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on [5th February, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the comtrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
