TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: - CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2022 By Joseph Magiri Kinani, of P.O. Box 593-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muriuki Kimani alias Muriuki Kinani, who died at Kevote, on 30th December, 1998. CAUSE No. E117 OF 2022 By (1) Martha Wambui Gitahi and (2) Irene Warigia Gitahi, both of P.O. Box 513-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnson Wamugunda Gitahi, who died at Gataragwa, on 10th February, 2011. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
