TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2022 By Peter Maithya Muvengei, of P.O. Box 584, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mungai Muvengei Ngambi alias Munga Muvengei Mgambi, who died at Thokoa Sub-location, on 3rd October, 2016. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2022 By (1) Mary Mwende Kimanzi and (2) Rachel Mutuo Kimanzi, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Kitheka Matiti, who died at Komarock Modem Health Care, on Sth April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
