TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E41 OF 2022 By (1) Peter Mucheru Kahuria, (2) Beth Wangari Kahuria and (3) Joseph Thiongo Kahuria, all of P.O. Box 128, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kahuria Mucheru, who died at St. Joseph’s Nursing and Maternity Home. CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2022 By Hannah Njeri Njenga, of P.O. Box 29, Elburgon in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njenga Njuguna, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
