TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 32 OF 2019 By (1) John Wangombe Mahinda and (2) Anne Wanjiku Mahinda, both of P.O. Box 418-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Roda Wanjugu Mahinda, who died at Mabonde Location, on Ist March, 2011. CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2022 By Eve Yego, of P.O. Box 2200-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Lagat, who died at Kaisagat, on 16th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days trom the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
