TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 29th July, 2022 CAUSE No. 413 “B” OF 2020 By William Jangton Omweno, of P.O. Box 197-40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omweno Ribeka, who died on 3rd January, 1980. CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2022 By James Moruri Nyarere, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyakoboke Nyarere alias Naomi Nyaboke Nyarere, who died on 8th August, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
