Box 40-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Karugu Njoroge, who died on 26th September, 2021. CAUSE NO. E201 OF 2022 By (1) Lucy Wambui Kinuthia and (2) Kennedy Ngugi Wangari, both of P.O. Box 496-00614, Wangige in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, through Messrs. Moses Osoro, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Njoroge Wangari, who died on 23rd July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
