TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2022 By Eston Maringa Mbuyani, of P.O. Box 97, Sagana in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbuyani Ndabarua alias Mbiani Ndabarua, late of Kariti, who died at Mukui, on 20th September, 1987. CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2022 By Joyce Wanjiku Kithaka, of P.O. Box 20, Kagio in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kithaka Mangeru, late of Kinyaga, who died at Kiunga Sub-location, on 27th January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
