TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 271 OF 2021 By (1) Kenga Katana Harena and (2) Rodgers Kenga Katana, both of P.O. Box 88381-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kombe Hare Randu, who died at Miazijini, Madina Village, on 20th September, 1998. CAUSE NO. 160 OF 2022 By (1) Douglas Kadenge Kombe and (2) Millicent Dama Kadenge, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadenge Kombe Marandu, who died on 6th June, 2013. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenva Gazette.
