TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2022 By Peter Omondi Osio, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Oniang’o Nyitong, who died on 2nd August, 2014. CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2022 By (1) James Omondi Awiti and (2) Edward Roche Awiu, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of admimstration intestate to the estate of Sigu Obunga, who died at North Kapuonja, on 2nd August, 1985. CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2022 By Maurice Soochieng Apiyo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Apiyo Odino, who died at Newa Sub-location, on 2nd September, 2003. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
