CAUSE No. £245 oF 2022 By Benta Onunga Aluoch, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Onunga alias Michael Onyange Nunga, late of Bondo, who died at Utonga, on Ist January, 1986. CAUSE NO. £246 OF 2022 By (1) Jersua Atuodo Otieno and (2) Daniel Otieno Otieno, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Otieno Olwanda alias Francis Obunde Olwanda, late of Siaya, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 17th May, 1992. CAUSE No. E250 OF 2022 By George Obore Odera, the deceased’s son, for a grant of leteers of administration intestate to the estate of Odera Sewe, late of Utongaa, Bondo, who died there on, 7th August, 2005. CAUSE No. E271 oF 2022 By George Owino Ope, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oloo Akumu, late of Rarieda, who died at Ornia Malo, on 15th March, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
