CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2021 By Dilipkumar Ranchhodas Raicha, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lalita Dilip Raicha alias Lalita Dilipkumar Raicha, who died at Kisumu, on 17th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. 9 OF 2022 By Pevy Auma QOduor, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Boaz Otieno Nyunya, who died at Mater Misericordie Hospital in Kenya, on 28th July, 2021. CAUSE No. E10 OF 2022 By (1) Willys Otieno Onyonyi, (2) Benson Ochieng Ogonda and (3) Jane Atieno Otieno, the deceased's sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Truphosa Joyce Apiyo, who died at Kaloleni-Pembe Tatu Estate, on 25th November, 2018. CAUSE NO. E! 1 OF 2022 By (1) Perez Adoyo Koga and (2) Millicent Achieng Koga, the deceased’s mother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Godfrey Otieno Koga, who died at M.P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 21st December, 2021.
