CAUSE No. 15 OF 2022 By (1) Steven Nzwi Makumbi, (2) Lucy Mukui Makumb1, (3) Boniface Mutua Makumbi and (4) Sheila Mumbua Makumbi, the deceased's children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Elimina Makumbi, who died on 6th April, 2021. E22 OF 2022 By (1) Charo Chengo Kazungu, (2) Zabibu Chengo, (3) Riziki Chengo Kazungu and (4) Mwaringa Mae Chengo, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chengo Kazungu Ngowa, who died at Malindi Hospital in Kenya, on 30th June, 1992.
