TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2022 By (1) Sopmie Jarydine Mghoi Victor Tsuma, (2) Sydney Jeremiah Tsuma and (3) Catherine Medza Tsuma, all of P.O. Box 93576-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Victor Alexander Tsuma, who died at National Housing, on 7th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gaxette.
