Box 234, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wakweika Nakuya Wellington, who died at Nabiswa, on 14th June, 2015. CAUSE NO. 23 OF 2022 By Henry Kabati Oseko, of P.O. Box 2213-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephat Oseko Kabati, who died at Raiply, along Huruma—Uganda Road, on 13th February, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
