TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court mM.
CAUSE No. E114 OF 2022
By Eliphas Mbabu Mugo, of P.O. Box 301, Chogoria in Kenya, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muranga
Baingetu alias Mugo M'Murang’a Mbaing’etu, who died at Gatua, on
30th April. 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
