Box 3676~40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matundura Ombui, who died on 27th July, 1987. CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2022 By Christine Buranda Osakia, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Nyangau Kiage alias James Nyangau, who died at Nyanchwa, on 10th November, 1999. CAUSE No. E193 OF 2022 By Peter Tabi Kerindo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kerindo Otieno James alias Kerindo Otieno, who died at Mwamosioma Location. CAUSE NO. E239 OF 2022 By (1) Sarah Mbone Mayaka, (2) Robert Ong’ondi Mayaka, (3) Thaddeus Morira, (4) Dorah Sella Masese Nyagetuba and (5) Reuben Abino Mayaka, all of P.O. Box 590-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widow, daughter-in-law, and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evaresto Mayaka Ongondi, wo died at Mwagichana, on 25th March, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
