E26 OF 2020 By Nyansageria Nyarondia Masira, the deceased’s son. for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masira Nyarondia, who died at District Hospital, Kisii in Kenya, on 24th June, 1992. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2021 By Chicha Nyarondia Momanyi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Momanyi Mogaka, who died at Mageri, on !9th September, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
