TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 67 OF 2022 By (1) Kadi: Masha Wanje, (2) Lawrence Kazungu Masha, (3) Jumwa Alfred Karisa, (4) Dama Ziro Dzenga and (5) Dzengere Ngumbao Menza, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gweye Dzinga Kagujo alias Gweye Dzinga, who died on 8th September, 1986. CAUSE NO. 73 OF 2022 By (1) Philip Jimbi Katana and (2) Patrick Changawa Katana, the deceased's grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzai Randu Hare, who died on 10th June, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
