TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made tn this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2022 By (1) Anne Wanja Kihara and (2) Alex Pharis Mweha, both of PO. Box 2235-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mwangi Mweha, who died on 20th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. 142 OF 2022 By (1) Jacinta Wairimu Mwang and (2) Penina Wangar1 Mwangi, both of P.O Box 1059-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Njoroge Wanjau, who died on 8th December, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenva Gazette.
