TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 34 OF 2021 By (1) Stephen Kimanyi Malawa and (2) Daniel Moki Malawa, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malawa Kyende, who died at Makindu Sub District Hospital in Kenya, on 10th November, 1990. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2022 By (1) Austin Wambua Muasya and (2) Sammy Matheka Muasya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muasya Mbaluku, who died at Ndovoini, on 4th July, 2003. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2022 By Lucy Mbuya Mutua, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mutua Kitema, who died at MP. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 21st February, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
