Box 799-00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Suyanka ole Tukuuo, who died at Inkiushin, on 12th July, 1997. CAUSE NO. E49 oF 2022 By (1) Robert Kiprotich Bett and (2) Hellen Sigei Sang, both of P.O. Box 2380-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and mother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of admunistration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Chepkemoi Bore, who died at Karen Hospital in Kenya, on 8th October, 2020. Box 887-00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kamesa Mukunzu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 15th October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2022 By (1) Nkotito ene Saikawa and (2) Joshua Mpasiany Saikawa, both of P.O. Box 78-00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sakaiwa ole Kuraru, who died at Olmaroroy, on 31st August, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
