CAUSE NO. 23 OF 2022 By Joice Japheth, of P.O. Box 82, Webuye in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japheth Muchuma Wanekha alias Jefether Mujuma Wonekha, late of Matsakha, who died there on 9th April, 2012.
