TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 180 of 2021 By Joyce Wanjiru Ngugi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngugi Njuna, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 10th September, 1991. CAUSE NO. 94 OF 2022 By (1) Peter Waweru Mbira and (2) Susan Wandia Gicheru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbira Kariuki, who died at Kamahuha Location, on 15th August, 1963. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
