TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 12 OF 2021 By (1) Francis Kaburo Muchira and (2) Stephen Ngari Muchira, both of P.O. Box 391, Kerugoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Muchira Murithi alias Muchira Mureith alias Muchira Muriithi, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 16th February, 1994. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2021 By Francis Muriithi Njogu, of P.O. Box 1947, Embu, the deceased’s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njogu Mutei, who died at Embu Hospital, on 14th August, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
