TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 10 OF 2021 By (1) Danson Matheka Kitung’a and (2) Fredrick Kithya Kitunga, both of P.O Box 381-90101, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzivulu Joseph Kitung'a alias Anne Nzivulu Kitunga, who died at Juni Sub- location, on 12th June, 1999. CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2022 By (1) Charles Kyalo Kivindyo and (2) Mary Mueni Kivindyo, both of P.O. Box 1, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kivindyo Mutyaasa Kitonga, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on Ist December, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
