TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 26 OF 2022 By (1) Eliud Wanyonyi Mudogo and (2) Henry Nabwora Juma, both of P.O. Box 119-50211, Kimilili in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joas Mudogo Napwora, who died at Lugulu Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 9th January, 2013. CAUSE No. E28 oF 2022 By Gilbert Wanjala Namutembi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jotham Namutembi Wasike, who died on 25th March, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
