TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E112 OF 2022 By Anjelina John Osano, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyang’ila Amada alias Nyang*ala Amade, who died at West Kabodho. Kisumu, on 20th April, 1994, CAUSE NO. 289 OF 2022 By (1) Hesbon Ojwang’ Ogoya and (2) Wilfred Otieno Ogolo, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zedekiah Ogoya, who died on 3rd November, 1987 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
