TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2022 By (1) Hannah Wanjiru Muigai, (2) Alice Wambui Muigai and (3) Joseph Gathumbi Muigai, all of P.O. Box 40-00126, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muigai Mututa Njau, who died at Beta Care Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd April. 2021. CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2022 By Fredrick Mbiyu Koinange Karuga, of P.O. Box 59424-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Joyce Kegendo Koinange, who died at Kiambaa, on 4th December, 1997. CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2022 By (1) Maria Moii Githuma and (2) Ann Wambui Njenga, the deceased’s widow and daughter, repectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njenga Karanja, who died at Mugumo, on 20th January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
