CAUSE NO. E236 OF 2022 By Caleb Ombuya Ogada, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Ogada Akelo alias Shadrack Ogada Okeio, who died on 30th May, 2003. CAUSE NO. 355 OF 2022 By (1) Jack Obwanda Ondigo, (2) Fredrick Otieno Ondigo, (3) James Midola and (4) Benson Otieno Ondigo, all of P.O. Box 4, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justo Ondigo Oyoo. CAUSE NO. E424 OF 2022 By Dorcas Tabitha Adhiambo Oduor, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alloys Oduor Osure, who died on 27th May, 2001.
