TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E331 OF 2022 By (1) Esther Njeri Wandeto and (2) John Kairu Wainaina, both of P.O. Box 98161-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Wanyoike Wainaina, late of W. K., Nyali, who died at Premier Hospital in Kenya, on 9th February, 2022. CAUSE NO. E398 OF 2022 By Margaret Wanjiru Njenga, of P.O. Box 250-00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Kahira Thiga alias Edward Kahira, late of Kiambu, who died at Kiambaa, on 22nd November, 1961. o The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
