TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 17 OF 2022 By (1) Joseph Karanu Mwangi and (2) John Karanu Mwangi, both of P.O Box 95~20303, O! Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mwang! Kitru, late of Gatondo, who died at District Hospital Ol} Kalou, in Kenya, on 19th September, 1992. CAUSE NO. 203 OF 2022 By (1) Salome Magir1 Mbuthia (2) Susan Wanyiru Mbuthia and (3) Joseph Mbugua Mbuthia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mbuthia Wanjehia alias John Mbuthia Wanythia, late of Ngortka, who died at Mercy Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 9th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
