TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court CAUSE No. E61 OF 2022 By (1) Anastacia Wanjiru Wathiru and (2) Raphael K. Wathiru, both of P.O Box 60636-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Wathiru Karanja, who died at Kijabe, on 31st August, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
