TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2022 By Yuniah B. Angwenyi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ben Williams Angwenyi, late of Esise Location, who died on 27th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2022 By (1) Everlyne Nyaboke Nyariki, (2) Joseoph Nyambaka Orwenyo and (3) James Nyabuga Nyariki, all of P.O. Box 50482-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jason Nyariki Orwenyo, who died at Onyonka, Kibra, on 12th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
