TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2022 By (1) Ibraim Mogoi Makori and (2) Joseph Sangwe Makori, both of P.O. Box 86-40500, Nyamira m Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makori Mogoi, who died on 29th May, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown ta the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
