TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2022 By (1) Franglin John Tumbu and (2) Bonface Maikuma Tumbu, both of P.O. Box 124, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tumbu Macheso, who died on 11th October, 1997, CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2022 By (1) Wilbroda Mwachi Akwabi and (2) Cyprian Mwachi Opaka, both of P.O. Box 262, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Mwachi Opaka, who died on 4th November, 2020. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
