Box 1-30500, Lodwar in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rebby Jeptoo Onderi, who died at Eldoret East, on 26th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2022 By (1) Rose Nkooko Erukio and (2) Nicholas Naspan Lokaale, both of P.O. Box 101-30500, Lodwar in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ignatius Annoh Lokaale, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 11th June, 2020. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2022 By (1) Everlyne Nadio and (2) Maureen Lotela, both of P.O. Box 499-30500, Lodwar in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ewoyate Elvis alias Dismas Erot Ewoyate, who died at Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 1 (th June, 2001. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
